Online stationary services.
I want to welcome you to this wonderful asset. It's goal is to create a roadmap or layout of a foundational master piece that can be used by a person to create an asset with a steady cash flow.
 

 

Idea and concept.
Despite the growing instances of technology in the business industry, a notable use of books, magazines etc still remains part of our lives.

Even when we can write anything on our phones, computers and so on we still find ourselves using stationary services. For this reason I create this model to run a stationary asset that can keep up with the current technology trends.

Fundamental core blocks.
This is the paradigm I am taking to setup this asset mental model.
 
Value creation. This is the value proposition we are taking into market. For this case offering stationary services.
Value delivery or distribution. These are the channels and strategies we are using to run this asset. In this one we focus on using online infrastructure of a website and social media platforms to make market outreach.
Marketing. We are making customized customer packages such as kindergarten, secondary, personal and so on.
Sales and finances. My strategy here is to use existing software such Google sheets to manage our sale orders and finances.

With this in place we have a basic asset sketch or skeleton.

Asset pieces or parts.
Let's put up the idea and concept all together, sound business principles I will keep in mind and should be able to reflect in the design.

Store.
This is simply a place we plan to put on the stock, can be your sole home or any area safe. We don't plan on making this as normal open stores, we are keeping unnecessary expenses low.
Access point.
We are running a social media portfolio of at least three sites and one stationary website. This should give us the market space as well as the asset stand point established.

This asset model is a simple one requiring a simple basic business structure in place, it's meant to be run in a relatively small area. Should be of 50 customers.

Packages. This is what we are selling, a series of packages depending on a client, a painter has a special kit they use for their work, a project manager, a student and so on. Here we make a collection of those items, package and pack them up for clients.
Marketing. A matter of making a post and some simple graphics to show the availability of the package on the platforms we established.

Handling the sales and finances should not be hard, there are just less than 50 clients to serve. A simple spreadsheet would do.
Phases. To keep this article precise I give you a snapshot of what these are. They are basically milestones or points this asset has to go through to grow into the so called world standard of a company.

That means covering a large area, taking automation into place, investment opportunities and so on.

Note. There is a lot of things left out, this is a snapshot of the idea. A person can go on their own here to pursue this venture.
